TYR has been bringing yoga into the great outdoors for the past 5 years, and this year is better than ever! Gantry Plaza State Park & Astoria Park provide an inspiring Manhattan backdrop as we flow through energizing vinyasas to the breeze of the river.
This is a fun (and FREE!) seasonal opportunity to bring your yoga practice to the outdoors and enjoy the beauty of the city. These special events happen once per month during the warm season, so grab your friends and bring a mat, comfy clothes, and the desire to move smile & shine in the open air. Beginners welcome!2015
