Help clean up the coastline of the East River at Astoria Park! Join the event led by community partners Green Shores NYC and the Astoria Park Alliance. Trash bags, gloves, and other tools will be provided. Please wear closed toe shoes and long pants. Enjoy a great day for you, your family, and friends!

Shoreline Cleanups

We will be partnering with Green Shores NYC to give the shoreline along Astoria Park some TLC! This is your opportunity to hop over the wall and cleanup your shore.www.facebook.com / events
We will meet South of the War Memorial before heading to the work area(s).
Astoria Park Alliance will provide gloves and all necessary equipment. Please arrive comfortably, in clothing suitable for outdoor work (sturdy closed toe shoes). Bring water, stay hydrated!
