Join the Cornell University Alumni Association, the NYC Cornellians, and Riverkeeper for a shoreline cleanup by land in Astoria Park on Saturday, May 9, 2015 for the fourth annual Riverkeeper Sweep, a day of service for the Hudson River.
All volunteers should meet at the intersection of Shore Boulevard and Astoria Park South. We ask all Sweep volunteers to wear sturdy shoes or boots, clothing that they can get dirty, and to bring a hat, sunscreen, a reusable water bottle and snacks. For safety reasons, this site is not recommended for elementary-aged children (parent's discretion).
